Gratitude turns what we have into enough.

An attitude of gratitude means making it a conscious habit to express thankfulness and appreciation for every part of your life. Having an attitude of gratitude means you operate from a place of abundance, rather than scarcity.

A young boy from this news link demonstrated how the attitude of gratefulness and passion for what you love can also produce a ripple effect of kindness in return.

Sometimes worry does not change anything, rather a good attitude and proactive decisions can help salvage one from the unknown.

When you think about what impact you can make on others, the universe will also find a way to reward you unprecedentedly.

Being grateful will make you appreciate everything, and express gratitude every day. It will also make you Surround yourself with a gratitude mindset focused on people. It will make you take ownership of your present and also make you commit to a gratitude practice on a daily basis

Crab Effect on The Human Mindset

The crab effect or crab mentality is a factual concept that can be attributed to various situations and environments.  The concept is well illustrated through close observation of how crabs when stuck together inside a closure with an opening-like bucket tried to ensure none escape from that closure.
Each time one of them climbs up and tries to escape through the opening another will quickly climb up and drag the other down.
This phenomenon is like a vicious cycle each of the crabs keeps doing this to another to ensure none escape as long as they're all stuck in the same trap. And it's almost like the survival of the fittest and takes luck for one to escape from that trap without others trying to drag you down to the same level as all.

This mentality in psychology is best described as a way to showcase how self-centered and the kind of mindset certain people feel within a group, and can go any length to sabotage the progression of others in the same group.

Nobody ever rises by pulling another down but we can only rise by lifting others. Crab mentality takes nobody anywhere. The attitude of gratitude and appreciation is the best, looking back and having a self-reflection and appreciating progress you have made from the point you are now. Instead of exhausting your negative energy in focusing on the progression of people around you, you should best channel your positive energy into being grateful and looking for a better way to develop yourself.

Have a quiet moment of self-reflection and most importantly try to reach out to ask for help from genuine support systems. Ask for an introduction and be determined to focus all your energy on finding a way to help yourself and in return help others. That crab illustration is a typical mindset where everyone in a certain group is after how to escape and abandon others into the same cycle that is why they keep pulling each other down. Your mindset is what is going to take you to other places and into new opportunities, your mindset is what is also going to keep you stuck into the same cycle of myopic and mediocrity way of reasoning.
